Where a knife is in constant use, mail is the only reliable answer — no textile cut rating protects against a deliberate slip at full force. Stainless steel construction is non-corrosive and appropriate for wet environments, sanitises properly between shifts, and retains far less bacteria than a fabric glove. Colour-coded cuffs identify size at a glance on a processing line.
